Monthly Tuition:

 

Fees are paid monthly at the first lesson of each month, based on the anticipated number of lessons scheduled for that month (e.g. 4 lessons for 4 weeks, 5 lessons for 5 weeks).

 

Fees are due at the first lesson of each month and is required to be paid on the same day (by 11:59 PM).

 

Please note that all payments are final and non-refundable.

Missed Lessons:

 

Regular attendance is important for steady progress. Your lesson time is reserved exclusively for you in the studio schedule.

 

If you need to change your lesson schedule, please inform the studio at least 2 days in advance to arrange a makeup lesson. Otherwise, makeup lessons may not be available, and the lesson fee will still apply.

 

Consideration will be given for sudden illness. Please inform the studio as soon as possible.

 

Students who miss scheduled lessons without notice will not be eligible for makeup lessons.

 

If a makeup lesson cannot be arranged, 15 minutes may be added to upcoming lessons to recover the missed time, depending on studio availability. For example, if a student normally has a 45-minute lesson, 15 minutes may be added to the next three lessons.

 

Makeup lessons are arranged based on studio availability. Lessons missed by the teacher will be made up, or the paid fee will be carried forward to the following month.
